When placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions stated here.
The best possible image and detailed description are provided for each item. Because a photo always looks slightly different from the original, small deviations (colour, size,...) cannot be completely excluded.
If in doubt, please contact us before placing an order.
After placing an order you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your ordered items and the total cost. Didn't receive an email? First of all check your spam folder. If you can't find an email, don't hesitate to contact me.
If an error has crept into the stock system as a result of which the chosen item is no longer available, you will be notified within 1 working day. Together we look for a possible alternative, or your payment will be refunded.
Payment is always made before shipment. If payment is not received within 14 days of the order date, the order will be canceled and the chosen item will be relisted for sale. You will be notified of this by e-mail.
When you pick up your order in our workshop, you can pay with the Payconiq or Bancontact app on your smartphone, cash or choose to pay for your order in advance via the webshop.
When paying on collection (Payconiq/Bancontact app or cash), the order will be reserved for you for 5 days. You will receive an email when the order is ready for collection. You must contact us within 2 days of this message to determine a date for collection. If this does not happen, the reserved items will be offered for sale again. You will be notified of this by e-mail.
The stated price per item is in Euro and always excluding shipping costs. All prices are per piece unless stated otherwise.
Keelin Design reserves the right to change and correct product prices and product information. If a short time after an already purchased product appears to be discounted, a refund of the price difference cannot be claimed.
Delivery and other costs
Your order is always carefully packaged.
Shipping is done via Bpost for Belgium and BPost or UPS for abroad.
You can always opt for shipping with a track & trace code. This way you know where your package is at any time. Didn't receive a tracking code? First of all check your spam folder. If you can't find an email, don't hesitate to contact me.
For shipping within Belgium, you can also opt for shipping with a bubble envelope, entirely at your own risk. There is no tracking code available with this shipment.
For orders within Belgium, the delivery time is:
- With tracking code: Within 24 hours.
- With bubble envelope: 2-8 working days
Free shipping for:
- Belgium: with a purchase from €50
- The Netherlands: with a purchase from €75
The shipment takes place within 2 working days after the order has been received (usually the same day!). You will always be contacted when the package is coming your way.
Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the buyer and may lead to additional costs.
Keelin Design is not responsible for damage, loss or theft.
You can also choose to pick up your order in Anzegem by appointment.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact Keelin Design by e-mail within 48 hours, with a clear description of your complaint.
The items can be returned in their original condition (undamaged and unused) and original packaging within 14 days of purchase. The shipping costs are for the customer.

The amount paid for the item will be refunded to the customer's account within the legal period of 14 days, with the exception of shipping costs. You can also choose to get this amount back in the form of a gift card.
Damage caused by incorrectly opening the packaging or other incorrect actions will not be reimbursed by Keelin Design.

Custom jewelry or personalized orders cannot be returned. Jewelery from our sale and sale items cannot be taken back.
There is no warranty against discoloration of metal or brass parts. Please respect our jewelry care tips (downloadable for free in the webshop) to enjoy your favorite jewelry for longer. In our webshop you can also order cleaning cloths and a file for polishing brass parts.
Keelin Design guarantees the privacy of its customers. All personal data collected when placing an order will only be used to process your order and send e-mails. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
