The order and payment
Keelin Design reserves the right to change and correct the prices of the products and the product information. If a short time after a product already purchased appears to be discounted, no claim can be made on a refund of the price difference.
The order placed must be paid in advance. If no payment is received within 14 days of the order date, the order will be canceled and the chosen item will be offered for sale again. You will be notified by e-mail.
When picking up your order in our atelier, you can always pay with the Payconiq app on your smartphone, or choose to pay for your order in advance via the webshop.
You can make a personal account on our website. Here you can find all information about your (previous) orders as well.
You can always contact me for more information about the status of your order.
Shipping is done via Bpost for Belgium and UPS for abroad. Shipping is always done with a track & trace code. This way you know where your package is at any time. Didn't receive a tracking code? First of all, check your spam folder. If you cannot find an email, please do not hesitate to contact us.
For shipping within Belgium you can also opt for shipping via a bubble envelope, this entirely at your own risk. There is no tracking code available with this shipment.
For orders within Belgium, the delivery time is:
- With tracking code: Within 24H.
- With studded envelope: 2-5 working days
Free shipping for:
- Belgium: with purchase from €50
- The Netherlands: with purchase from €75
Shipment takes place within 2 working days after the order has been received (mostly the same day!). You will always be contacted when the package is sent your way.
Keelin Design is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft.
You can also choose to pick up your order by appointment in Anzegem.
The items can be returned in its original condition (undamaged and unused) and original packing withing 14 days. The shipping costs are for the customer.

The paid amount of the article will be refunded to the customer's account within the statutory period of 30 days, with the exception of the postage costs. You can also choose to get this amount back in the form of a gift voucher.
Damage caused by incorrect opening of the packaging or other incorrect actions will not be reimbursed by Keelin Design.

Custom made jewelry or specific orders cannot be returned. Jewelry from our stock sale and sales items will also not be taken back.
There is no guarantee against discoloration of metal or brass parts. Honor our jewelry maintenance tips (free download available in the webshop) to enjoy your favorite jewelry for longer. In our webshop you can also order a silver polishing cloth and cleaning file for polishing brass parts.
