I strive to produce top quality products so that you are incredibly satisfied with your purchase.
However, if I have made a mistake this time, you are more than welcome to return the product and I will credit you for the total amount of your order (excluding shipping costs) or repair/replace the jewel, subject to the conditions below:
1. Changed your mind?
I get it, the heart wants what it wants. You may return the product to me, subject to payment of the shipping costs, provided that:
- it is UNDAMAGED and UNUSED
- it is neatly packaged in the original packaging
- it was purchased at full price and not on sale
- it is not custom-made jewelry
- it is returned within 14 days of purchase
Remark: Couriers have the right to refuse to collect any product that is not properly packaged for transport. Just like you, I also want this luxury item to reach me safely and in top condition. You can always use the original shipping box if it is still intact.
Once I receive your returned product, I will inspect it (to make sure everything is in order) and complete your return within 2 business days. The amount will be refunded to you if the returned product meets our return conditions.
2. Received the wrong product?
Oops, if I accidentally sent you the wrong product, I'm very sorry. Once you have informed me of my mistake, you can send it back to me (free of charge!). The correct item will, in turn, be sent to you completely free of charge. If delivery of the correct product is not possible, I will credit the amount to your account, or we will discuss another option to accommodate this inconvenience.
As the famous saying goes, "To err is human" and I hope you will continue shopping with us to your heart's content.
3. Exchange product?
You are more than welcome to exchange your product for another product of exactly the same price. Additional shipping costs will be charged. If your desired item is not immediately available, I will credit you with the purchase price of the product once we receive the product.
4. Products that cannot be returned:
If your product resembles any of the following, it is NOT eligible for a return, refund, exchange, or credit:
- all items that have been opened and USED
- custom-made and personalized items
- all items offered after the legally specified period of 14 days after purchase
There is no warranty against discoloration of metal or brass parts. Please respect our jewelry care tips (downloadable for free in the webshop) to enjoy your favorite jewelry for longer. In our webshop you can also order cleaning cloths and a file for polishing brass parts.
