Shipping and delivery

Are you thinking about shopping with us? Here's everything you need to know about the shipping and delivery of your order, because just like you, I also want your favorite jewel to reach its new home as quickly as possible.

DISPATCH:

1. Where do you deliver locally?

There is an option to pick up your order (only by appointment) in my studio in Anzegem. Select "Afhalen ter plaatse" as a shipping option.

Don't forget to include your email address or phone number. This way I can send you a message as soon as your order is ready, and we can immediately set a suitable date and time for pickup.

Are you living in Anzegem and do you have difficulty getting around yourself? Feel free to send an email and I will deliver your order to your home (free of charge).

Disclaimer: I DO NOT deliver to PO boxes.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Shipping is currently available within Europe. Shipping is always with track & trace code. This way you can track your package online at any time.

For shipping within Belgium you can also choose shipping via air cushion envelope. This is entirely at your own risk.

The delivery time depends on the local postal partner.

3. Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, only for orders within Belgium and the Netherlands.

=> Always with track and trace


4. Let's talk about insurance:

It is of course vital that your order is insured. You don't want your package to get lost.

We offer insured shipment when you choose delivery with track & trace.

If you choose shipping with an air cushion envelope, this is entirely at your own risk and Keelin Design is not responsible for any lost packages.

5. Order processing time:

In-stock items are immediately available.

Pre-order items have a processing time up to 2 weeks.

All our made to order jewellery are made on demand with the utmost love, passion and care. Please take into account a processing time up to 2 weeks.

6. How long will it take to receive my purchase?

In-stock items:

In most cases the following applies: Ordered before 11:00 => Shipped the same day!

All orders are shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment.

For orders within Belgium:
- Order with track & trace: Delivery within 24 hours after shipment
- Order with air cushion envelope: Delivery within 8 working days after shipment

For all other European deliveries, the delivery time depends on the local postal partner.

You will always receive an automated email as soon as your package is send in your direction.

Customized and pre-order items:

As soon as your order has been placed, I will start working on creating your dream jewelry. The duration of this process depends on the stock of supplies.

Pre-order items are immediately purchased from the supplier after placing your order. If your desired item is not in stock, you will be notified personally by e-mail. In this case, I would like to think with you about the best possible solution for this possible inconvenience.

As soon as your custom-made jewelry or pre-order item is ready to be shipped to you, it will be transferred to the postal courier. The same delivery options as for the in-stock items apply.

You will always receive an automated email as soon as your package arrives in your direction.

7. Can I send my purchase as a gift?

Absolute! Select "Add gift options" with your desired item. You can choose gift wrapping per item or per order.

If desired, you can also add a personal message.
